Austrian! I know someone will correct me.... Please.

Mozart is brazilian... if you mean the Football player..;)

I just found this old article about him..

MOZART COMPLETES REGGINA MOVE
created on 25 Oct 2000

!
RegginaITALIAN Serie A side have signed Brazilian midfielder Mozart from Flamengo for a fee of around £2 million.

The highly rated star, who represented his country in the Olympics at Sydney, is expected to complete his move to the Oresle Granillo stadium on Wednesday.

Reggina coach Franco Colomba is keen to strengthen his midfield options at the club as he tries to build on an encouraging season in the top flight last term and the 20-year-old comes with a reputation as one of the best prospects in Brazil.

I only saw one game of mozart this season, and I can not remeber if he was good. I think he has similar qualities like Emerson, he can be his cover..

if we want a topclass future Dm...who is an artisitic passer...................

Benoit Pedretti..he is a majestic playmaker midfielder...not a am, but a proper midfielder.

If we got this guy i would happily say bye bye to rosicky, Mozart, Pizzaro and Enzo....

Is Mozart gonna be 1st choice midfielder for us or just cover? Cos I'm not too thrilled if he is going to be in the 1st team, I mean if he was that good shouldn't he of been capped for Brazil by now?
Hmm, doesn't really make much sense considering the glut of talent the country has at the moment. Just because he hasn't been capped yet doesn't mean he's a worthless player. Considering he plays for a small club like Reggina no wonder he has not been capped yet, as not many players are chosen apart from those at the big clubs.

Can't we take a look at how the player actually performs, or do we not watch many Reggina matches?

I agree with you there Andy. And lets not forget, his position the pitch, isnt really imperative to a Brazillian team's needs anyway. But, all this talk of Mozart, is kind of taking the attention away from another signing, which i believe would be as likely if not more. That being Mourad Meghni.
