That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11?

One of the coolest opening sequences in movie history.
Are you sure that was a movie script and not the Texas state constitution you were reading?

see i have this discussion with the missus regularly, she is a massive Cage fan but me,not so much

now i am not for one second saying he is a terrible actor but his choice of movie roles is schizophrenic to say the least. leaving las vegas, raising arizona, etc are excellent movies and he is very good in them but he is NEVER an action movie star, not in a million years, yet he continues to indulge his fantasies with terrible movies that are only eclipsed by his shocking hair-pieces

i think what everyone fails to realize or acknowledge is that he is a horrible actor.

if you feel otherwise then just take a minute and look at his resume for the past 15yrs

none of his movies are critically acclaimed or award worthy, the roles he takes are offered to him because no respectable actor wants to play those characters. give me a break, the guy is just corny and cheesy all at the same time.

RocknRolla.

VERY slow start into the movie, tries to be funny and cool but feels awkward and forced, alot. Lacked the punch of his classic sense of humour even if he tried alot in the beginning. But when it gets going, boy does it get going, THE RUSSIAN HITMEN :D also Johnny Quid character is worthy competition for Guy Ritchies classic characters :D Want to see the sequel for this just for him :p

Good he is sticking with this in terms of sequels for it, he is good at gangster action comedies, and he should do only them. This one fell flat in parts, but it got entertaining enough in parts, and know that he has introduced them all, he oughta get over the hang up of slow starts due to introducing them all.

Jason Statham... that's what was missing.

That could be very well it :D

Even if I like Mark Strong more as an actor, he wasnt good as the narrator. Nah but really, Ritchie did a decent job, but it fells flat if compared to the previous movies. Some of the stuff was downright akward, like the dance scene with Thandie Newton (Um, like the Pulp Fiction scene but done by Uwe Boll...), lots of embarrassing attempts to be funny. Not saying it wasnt funny, but it was inconsistent, there were funny bits like the slow dance, the sex scene (LOL) and Johnny hehe. But the russian hitmen was iiiiiiiiiillest :D

Taken.

Didn't expect much from it anyway, so i won't say i was dissapointed. Like the Bourne movies, this is a "one man against the system" kind of movie, and i hate those.
