Corona forced me to catch up with some movies these days. Watched the Bourne series (except the 4th one, couldn't force myself to watch w/o Damon) and really liked it.

Gone in 60 seconds - meh. Nice idea, entertaining for the most part but nothing special in the end.

Knives Out - loved it.Great idea, great execution, funny at times, unpredictable, good acting...

Uncut Gems - maybe it was all the hype but really average in the end. Too much yelling, too much chaos the entire time and pointless in the end.

Give me old too, Its just I'm more likely to have seen older ones, while new ones I probably have not, because I barely made effort to watch much of new gems past 2-3 years.

Not yet, schools mainly still open too. But depends on where you work (I have friends whos work told them stay home for 6 weeks). Our big ass company for now, has us working 30-40% of our hours, like 2 times a week, but still get paid like full pay as usual. They waiting for goverment notice/decree, plus its the goverment who are covering these companies to pay us to stay home for 8 days (then work weekend, then home week again etc). Just making sure as few of us as possible working same days etc.


It can change with a single days notice, but I counted up, and in coming full month, I think I work like 8 days total lol.

The Traitor directed by Marco Bellocchio, about the life of Tommaso Buscetta, one of the first repentant who denounces the actions of the cosa nostra in the 80s.. One of the best mafia movies since Casino.

Watched Godzilla 2014 last night. It was shilled with Bryan Cranston but his character died 20 minutes in Scammed by (((Hollywood))) again. Still was fairly enjoyable

I actually don't mind Sandler's shtick, but this was too much. He shouted for the entire movie, it was stressful to watch. The story was generally sound, but he was playing a loud, NY Jew, it's not even acting for him.

Jojo Rabbit - what a fucking shitshow. From the description I thought it's a nice drama, son torn between his mother and his beliefs whatever. A nothing film, not a comedy, not a drama, not interesting, completely and utterly pointless.

@Mark @GordoDeCentral . Problemos by Eric Judo, best recent french comedy, and the film is topical. Very funny in the purest tradition of the absurd, with dialogues and situations moments of pure delirium
