:D

No, seriously, I watched like 3 mins. I was skipping and saw many sex scenes. I just thought it'd be garbage. I might give it a shot some day, dunno.
It's really artsy with deep conversations and Tarkovsky references, but at the same time quite hilarious. There are two main characters, Charlotte Gainsbourg's character and Stellan Skarsgård's character. Gainsbourg's character is a nymphomaniac who fucked everyone while Skarsgård is a sixty-something year old virgin who compares all her sex stories with fly-fishing. Sure, there are lots of graphic sex, but it won't get your dick hard. :D

Oh man :ID: I wanna see that one!

And...The film has been nearly four decades in the making and looks to be epic in scope... 4 decades, wtf
I think it just means that he got the idea four decades ago. :D But I think it has been in the making for about a decade. Brad Pitt joined in 2009. I'm expecting it to be somewhat similar to the cosmos sequence in The Tree of Life, but with Malick you never know.

Whatever.. as long as it's Malick with Morricone and down with it. It's probably going to be one of those love or hate movie. And I think I'm gonna love it.

Hmm

I'd love to watch both. But imo first one is gonna be a below average movie.

As for the Malick, I think it's gonna be good. Hovever I really hope he includes symbolism that Tarkovsky had, or at least something similar. In that case it'd be great surely. Tbh I liked the trailer.
You have watched plenty of Malick films, I'm sure you know what it's going to be like. :D Malick is basically a pantheist, so he's surely going to show that those larvae ain't just useless animals.
