X-Men: Days of Future Past - I'm not sure if I'd say this is better than First Class, but it was certainly very good. One of the few super hero movies that I can actually watch.
Waking Life - I liked it because it was unique. It also had some very interesting dialogs.
The Man from Earth - You can say it's an exaggeration but it's surely interesting to watch, I wouldn't mind even if it was 4 hours long.
The Legend of 1900 - Brilliant movie.

But yeah, it's a shame that movies like this is a rarity these days. It does feel old-fashioned, even for a movie from 1999, but it doesn't feel outdated.
It's not a perfect movie (too many clichés), but it does have some perfect moments. The duel for sure, the floating piano, and of course the ending which is incredibly intense - even if it's just two people talking. It's hard to imagine you'd ever do the same as 1900, but his choice is still very relatable and understandable. There's something true in what he says.
Also, this scene is just a perfect example of pure magic:
And yeah, Morricone is a genius. You are going to listen to the soundtrack again, I'll promise you that.
