And if you really are into those shoulders, well, this is the rare occasion in wich i'll advice you to deadlift for aesthetics

Cause the relative size of the traps and shoulders, thats the shape of a frequent deadlifter with slightly rounding back.

Take a good look at this guy

He's form is a bit odd, but it highlights the only two muscles that really stand out with prime deadlifters.
Huge 3D trapezius, and massive frontal shoulder, for the carry and lockout.

Great, thanks. I was actually gonna deadlift later today. So I guess what you mean by deadlifting for aesthetics, I should go for reps rather than weight?

I meant the goal of working out. Normally i only advice people who train for strenght to deadlift. You train for aesthetics. meaning your core, neural aspect and connective muscles wont be nearly as strong. Thats not ideal for frequent deadlifting. But why do it if you can do other stuff to train muscles for the shape you want

Unless its this shape, cause this is a "dry" deadlifter shape. So in this case, i'd tell someone who trains for aesthetics to deadlift

warm to 5 reps when you feel you can do 2-4 more. then do 5 sets, with max 90sec breaks.

DONT BEND THE LOWER BACK AND USE A POWERLIFTING BELT. Not that shit most brobuilders use.

That's the same shape I use. What makes it a "dry" deadlift?

So I should do five sets with the same weight for 5-9 reps?

And yeah, I don't bend the lower back.

"dry deadlifter shape". As in someone who's entire training is based around improving the deadlift, yet keeps a low fat%.

You should warm up, and do 5 sets of 5 reps of the same weight.

Do determine the weight, you'll keep doing 5rep sets in your warmup with increasing weight, untill you feel you reached a weight, on wich the 5th rep feels like you can do 2-4 more reps.

That set, will be your workset 1. Now do 4 more of 5 reps of the same weight, but with 90-120sec break.

example :

5*70 , 5*100 , 5*130 , 5*160, 5*180, 5*190(you feel you could do 2-4 more reps on the 5th rep), 5*190,5*190,5*190,5*190

I csnt believe i actually enjoyed watching White Houde Down. I took it for what it was a cheesy tongue in cheek action movie filled with propaganda. It was funny and obviously wasn't meant to be taken seriously. I call these type of movies good shit. Like shit movies that are enjoyable i.e con air, tremors, the lost boys, roadhouse etc. Although white house down was not as good as any of them movies i just mention.

Saw X-Men. Liked it better than its predecessors. A couple of plot holes here and there but not a bad watch. I still think it lacks that little something that can make it truly great though.

So according to the scene after the credits, the four horsemen indicate that Apocalypse is the next bad guy. About time he made an appearance.

Side note: We were introduced to a young Stryker in this one. Since the timeline as been changed, does this mean he is still destined to become and asshole? Did Wolverine still get his adamantium because maybe Project X might have never existed? See, they changed things but did not account for the ripple effects.
