Zombieland
Shaun of the Dead.
Dawn of the Dead (both original and remake are excellent)
Braindead (Peter Jackson film from the early 90's)
28 Days Later (the sequel 28 Weeks Later is also good, but not as good)
Day of the Dead
Night of the Living Dead (original and remake)


There are also a lot of other B level movies I really like, but that should get you started. The ones in bold are must see films if you haven't watched them, make a point to.

Watched Kick Ass 2.

Holy fucking shit this movie is heavy... I mean the first one was a mix of comedy and serious shit but KA2 is just 100% doom and gloom. I don't mind but I wasn't expecting that much.

Yup. Liked it so much when I was in school. I'm not sure how I'll feel if I saw it now though. But I do remember the movie being very different to stuff I'd seen coming out from our film industry.
