I had a good week for movies this week, watched some very good stuff on dvd and tonight I got to watch Joss Whedon's Cabin in the woods. I just have to tell you all, go and see Cabin in the woods! drop all plans, and watch that movie,ASAP! alone or bring a girl/boy, or both,or take your grandma/grandpa or both,just make sure you watch it.

Got a decent cam copy of The Cabin in the Woods last night. Not a bad copy, one of the better cams I have seen, but the dark scenes are really dark, nearly unwatchable, really. But anyways, decent sci-fi / horror movie. I don't see why it is getting such great reviews, tho, I didn't think it was that special.

Agreed. I probably would have enjoyed it more in the theater, half the movie is dark, and as I said, very hard to make shit out in the cam version I watched. Def one of the better mainstream sci-fi / horror films I've seen recently.
