Four Lions

The funniest shit I have ever seen. Brilliant comedy.

The Town

Surprisingly good. Oh and Jon Hamm is the man, he's everything George Clooney is trying trying to be, fuckin endless charm that guy has.

Ides of March

Really enjoyable watch. Recommended. Everything Gosling is in proves to be an enjoyable watch.

Shutter Island

For the 5th time or smth. Just mentioning it, cause I feel this movie is a masterpiece.

Elvin, how can you watch Shutter Island more than once? It's a fantastic movie, but after the twist is revealed, the massive atmosphere of the movie and the great narrating loses it's charm.

Because now you know who is who, and it's interesting to see their reactions to some of the things Leo's character did, from a different point of view.

Narrative is indeed brilliant in this one.

I agree, the atmosphere is also so thick you can cut it with a knife. Leo did a great job in this, I refused to believe that he was actually insane - it HAD to be a conspiracy against him even after all the revealing :D

Better die as an honorable man, than live as a monster.

Amazing movie. It's very unappreciated. I'll go as far to say that it's the best of the Scorsese - DiCaprio collaboration. Yes, even better than The Departed.

Not better than The Departed, sorry :p . But very unappreciated indeed, most people seem to dislike it just because of the movie changing twist at the end, writing it off as a "cliche". It's just done with such smoothness, awesome film craft.

I could never choose. But my favourites in no particular order are: The Black Album, Load, Garage, Inc., Dirt, Nevermind, Tool - Undertow & AEnima, The Colour and The Shape - Foo Fighters, Rust in Peace, The Gathering - Testament, Californication & Blood Sugar Sex Magik and Use Your Illusion I & II - Guns N' Roses.

I don't know a lot of Soundgarden and Radiohead sucks so you're wrong :p

Who moved it? I thought it was a bit strange in the movie thread.
