Love that trilogy  Will they make a fourth though, thought there was a fourth book released?
the 4th one is in the making, supposedly, and will be called Bourne Legacy. They offered Jeremy Renner the starring role - will not play Bourne, but some other agent - since the director will not be Paul Greengrass but some other guy and Matt Damon had said he would work with Greengrass only ... so, at least for now no Bourne character in the 4th part.

TWW, for surreal genre movies - broad term indeed - you could also look into Dark City, The Crow, Inception, Memento, Shutter Island ... maybe also The Legend of 1900 (aka La leggenda del pianista sull'oceano) could be put in that category.

Donnie Darko, Pan's Labyrinth, Mulholland Dr., The Machinist.

The term, surreal can be broad though, so stuff like the above.
I was trying to think of more films in that exact genre the other day, as I really like it.

François Ozon does some interesting ones (the most surreal of which likely being Sitcom), if you don't mind subtitles (I know you included Pan's Labyrinth, but I don't know if you speak Spanish). Have you seen some of Del Toro's other films? Jeunet's Delicatessen is a good one as well.

The new wave ones Deneb have suggested are very good, though not quite in the same category. I would add to that list Breathless.

Watched Delicatessen few days ago, it was very odd and weird movie. I didn't particularly liked it. Does La cité des enfants perdus follow the same concept?

i mean some of the fellini stuff is really out there, not really my cup of tea, but i would suggest something more subtle not so much surrealist, try some of the new wave stuff: pierrot le fou, pickpocket, 400 blows, bande a part
oh on the surrealist front i higly recomment. 7th seal, the fountain, and la cite des enfants perdus

Being John Malkovich, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Adaptation are what I would recommend.

L'autre monde (Black Heaven) - Not exactly Surreal, but a nice thriller.
Nice. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I have not seen that one, but his films do tend to have the same whimsical sense about them.

Salt: Very impressive, didn't expect this level of quality action from Angelina TBH. But as it turned out this easily is her best in such movies.
