Role Model, no lol moments, but ok amusing, especially for the little kid playing the token black guy hehe, he so reminded me of Eddie Murphy :D

Year one, Jack Black can be too much, even if I like him even when he is annoying, but it was still rather funny movie, liked the setting and the cheap satire on prime bible moments, several lol moments of it hehe. And the Michael Cera kid seriously has mastered the geeky awkward oaf type to perfection, so so natural at it (is he playing himself? :D Arrested development, Juno, this movie etc). But best of all, Hank Azaria has Abraham

And the one I enjoyed most, great cast (Tom Wilkinson and Paul Giamatti's opening fight  ), fun light spy/intelligent heist flick, more of flicks like this

Any topic of your choice baby, perhaps Monica Bellucci ;)
But it will have to wait, because I'm off in a minute or so.

Buck, congrats on your makeover!
Makeover? I did not have that liposuction yet, so you're too early to congratulate me :shifty:

Or if you were referring to my avatar: I can assure you that I don't look like that in real life.

Seriously. I still have both eyes.

Hehe, the geekery was bit amusing (as the movie in general) but not laugh out loud, they needed better script. For example the chinese dude has pretty good and creepy comic timing me thinks, but no real good lines for em.

so i saw Avatar in 3D on saturday and walked out with a migraine. how the fuck do filmmakers expect people to sit through a 3 hours movie wearing 3D glasses???

the sad part is that from now on most big budget films will be IMAX and 3D rendered.

the story sucked, the concept sucked, the movie sucked and james cameron swallows

I finally got around to watching Little Miss Sunshine. I'd kind of been avoiding it, expecting a happy, clappy, obnoxiously cute indie story, but I really liked it.

And hey, who knew Steve Carrell could act?

Little Miss Sunshine.
 That movie was a dissapointment IMO, it had a few funny moments and the rest of it was stupid.

And Steve Carell can only act when he is playing the same awkward loser character like in the office or 40 year old virgin. Other than that he is not funny nor is he talented

I got treated to Guy Ritchies 'london landmarks tour for foreigners with RDJ doing what RDJ does best, with a bit of magic chucked in' this evening.

I dont know what you guys had in your theatres but it was so loud the speakers were distorting and i still have a headache. It wasnt a bad film, i enjoyed the focus on the occult, something that 'From Hell' lacked greatly. The occult is a facinating subject and it always disapoints me when a director touches on it but wont go into fully, Guy Ritchie managed to do that one.

Its not a bad film, just really loud, entertaining but the "oh look its tower bridge" or St Pauls being shown in every shot possible got at me. Must be the same for the Americans when films show only landmarks that you are indifferent too.

Yeah, he was pretty awesome in it. So was Alan Arkin.

I watched Sherlock Holmes earlier today -- Another disappointment by Ritchie after RocknRolla. I thought it was just a little above an average movie. Perhaps its best watching this movie without any expectations. The only good thing about it is Robert Downey Jr.
