watched the following movies over the past few days:

rockstar---> loved it

l'appartement ---> the original version of wicker park as recommended by ramin, and its brilliant.

veronica guerin----> read her story prior to watching this movie based on her life and battles to expose drug lords in ireland. loved it a great a deal. people might not enjoy it as its a biography but non the less its a pretty decent movie.

I wouldn't watch that if I were you (I haven't seen it either ). Or any of the recent Shah Rukh Khan movies, except Swades.

What? It's by Chris Morris, released by Film 4. Unless a couple of the actors are on percentages instead of a salary, I don't see how any money's going to Muslims.

It's pretty funny anyway, though I'd be curious to see what an open-minded Muslim makes of it. Sally, are you Muslim?
