Clockwork Orange is really good, but for some people it might be difficult to watch. Also, keep in mind that it's an old movie, so pretty dated.
It may require repeat viewing as well. I remember when I first watched it, I wasn't exactly blown away, thought it had too many lame moments. I felt completely different after a 2nd viewing.

If nothing else, you're bound to like certain scenes, if only for the influence they had on more recent film & tv.
I think I'll skip it then. I generally don't watch a movie twice.

Same reason why I don't read a book twice (even though I have rarely done it on occasions.) I get bored easily, so if I know whats going to happen next, it doesn't interest me.

Best. Compliment. Ever.

Now be a good son & buy your mom a present :D

Still haven't seen The Notebook myself. I think that I would really need to be in the right mood to enjoy that one.

My Mom's a blast to watch a comedy with, though. Sometimes I wanna recored her laughter and post it on youTube. 1,000,000 hits in one day, guaranteed. :D

You should really watch it. It is a drama but there are funny scenes and overall it's not one of those that's hard to watch, it draws you in and it goes really fast.
