Fair enough.

Do you think he should be sold in January though?
I just don't know? How about that for avoiding the question? :D

Whatever we decide to do, I'll be okay with it.
We keep him: fair enough. Let's hope he turns things around.
We get rid of him: fair enough. Can't possibly hate (or even disagree with) such a decision if you consider all factors (formation we play, his personal form, communication issues, ...) imo.

3357380]He's a better player than Giaccherini, Estigarribia, Pepe and Elia. There I explained it.

Anyway I don't mind selling Miloš (for the right amount) at the end of the season if he doesn't improve, but selling him in Janaury is ridiculous.[/QUOTE]

in what is he better? I still only have him seen failing big times this season
estigarribia, pepe, giacherrini and even elia ran past there man with the ball not going out more then krasic?

I used to like krasic but I think he don't fit our system and even the serie A he needs to play in a faster league like the epl
football in italy is pretty slow and more about tactics then the epl were everyone runs a lot that type of game suits milos better since he isn't very strong tacticwise
I think that is why Conte putted him in the stands latest game. I think he is already going to be sold and we won't see him play anymore for juventus
his comments about his future make me believe this case even more

OK so we sell Krasic in January. We are then left with Pepe, Giaccherini, Elia and Estigarribia.

Giaccherini has proven to be quite injury prone and has shown next to nothing whenever I've seen him, Elia has barely played for us all season and according to some reports fucks around in training, Pepe has admittedly been pretty good so far but lets face it, he still isn't great by any stretch of the imagination and Estigarribia looks like a solid but not spectacular option.

None of these guys (IMO) can do what Krasic does, and that is, pull off a moment of magic that can win games for us.

Krasic has proven at this level (and also in the CL and with Serbia) that he CAN be an effective player who can win games on his own, but for whatever reason, it isnt hppening for him at the moment. Even guys like Di Livio, Zoff and Peruzzi say the same thing, it would be foolish to get rid of a player of Krasic's class so early. He deserves at least til the end of the season to show us what he can do.
OK but how do you know that Marotta won't buy a new winger after selling Krasic in Jan?
Regarding Elia, the boy hasn't played much like you said. So we can't judge him yet, he might be a great addition to the team.
Same goes for Giac.
Esti is obviously meant for great things, you just can tell, he just needs to play more.

I agree that selling him in the summer might be more rational, but if he doesn't improve by then, I believe we will sell him for cheap. That's the risk there.

My point exactly, Krasic is EPL material.
He's not good for Serie A, been saying this for a while now.

Krasic, so far has not been able to fit this system, he has no space because Lich is bossing the flank and crossing, instead of cutting in he finds himself too far up the pitch with no space. I think Red has highlighted this multiple times.
Indeed I have.

He needs to start more centrally, something he was doing last season.
This wasn't my solution, though.

I'm not sure Krasic has the technique or intelligence to be anything other than a pretty orthodox winger.

To get the best out of Krasic, I think you need to put Lichtsteiner on a leash and stop him getting so high up the pitch and crowding Krasic out.

However, you then come to the issue of whether it would be worthwhile changing a system that is working well in order to accomodate a player who is out of form and has been for quite a while.

I think I'd be pretty neutral on a January sale of Krasic - so long as the fee was okay and reinvested properly.

The 433 is the formation that we play better with. Krasic doesn't really fit into that formation all that well. Usually in January is when clubs overpay for players, if we sell him we need to do it in January if we have a good bid on the table. We wait until summer with his shit form possibly continuing then his value drops and we wasted a player for another half a season paying him to sit the bench "figuring out his thoughts" or we make a nice dime off of him in January and start reworking our wage structure and get space in the roster for someone who will give us more.

I don't see the problem with selling him in January IF he is showing no signs of improvement. I just don't think he is smart enough to adapt like some of you suggest and if he is smart enough then you have to ask yourself does he have the technique/skill to play more centrally when called upon because he won't be able to use his pace (one of his strengths) like he would hugging the line.

Well pace helps you most in open space, which isn't usually in the crowded centre of the pitch. For example Giovinco was not so good there.

I liked your timing of the Gio example. I thought for a second it was directed at Kasaki then thought "Nahhhh", JJ wouldn't do that.
