I think he has the quality to be a very good player for us, he just needs to vary his play more. If we have a decent left winger next season(Menez, Hazard, Vargas, etc.), there will be less focus on him and he will be more able to shine.

I'd like him to shoot more, I have seen him score some 20 yards shots at CSKA so I know that he can do it. He perhaps needs a bit more confidence at the moment.
