Cops hate when you take the citation to court. But you always should, a big chunk of your ticket is court costs. So make 'em earn it.

Plus if the citing officer doesn't show up to your hearing, you can move the dismiss the charges. And then they get dismissed.
Even better, figure out your rights for a hearing. Some states you can ask for a court reporter and another state-arranged role/official. The idea is you make it so impossible to schedule 4-5 people at the same time by the hearing deadline that they have to dismiss it.

And if you have the right to reschedule it once, you do that too on top of the above just to fuck with them. :D

Yeah, I think in Cali you can also ask for a specific kind of qualified judge or something too.
you can also request a written trial by mail for traffic court. You write and argue your case and the accusing officer has to type out a response on their own time :D

That's often better than the idiot approach of actually going to court. ;) Trouble is you can't really be available for questioning or cross-examination by the judge. But it could help if you have a giant tattoo of a tarantula on your face.

But that will be scheduled, guaranteed, unlike the other options to use the system against itself.

Looting is always stupid. People always take advantage of things like this. All I know is that this guy wouldn't have been shot if he was white. It's a serious problem.

There's so much ego among these ghetto ass "protesters", they can't even get together and demonstrate properly. It's like they're just out walking up and down the street waiting to be provoked so they can beat their chests.

I was just watching a live feed and heard the police asking media to return to the "media designated area" and there are people going around asking demonstrators to stay on the sidewalk lol. What's next...they gonna ask them to keep their voices down? Nickelodeon revolution?

I still think there are more cases of black people being gun down, but the big issue here is the police being trigger happy as Ze said. Even if the kid stole, he doesn't deserve to be gunned down.
I agree, chopping of the right hand would have sufficed.
