In terms of being a winner YES Ronaldo is better
In terms of being the better player Id say it like this:
Messi is the best of all time - Amazing dribbling skills can shoot of the spot with great accuracy amazing vision
C.Ronaldo - Might be the 2nd best TODAY (not 2nd of all time) fast great shooting skills high so have better headers than Messi but not even half the vision of Messi

The only Ronaldo who could have been compared to Messi is Ronaldo Delima - Should he stayed healthy he might have been the greatest!
