Actually he is not too injury prone.

2002/03 Juventus A 30 4
2003/04 Juventus A 26 3
2004/05 Juventus A 36 4
2005/06 Juventus A 34 3
2006/07 Juventus B 33 4

In 5 seasons he missed 27 games. That is 5 games per season. Pretty good, no?
nice stats reference

Yeah before was good but you now lately he`s always injured. :pumpkin:
you can't blame him for that, he's over 30 now and yet he is still IMHO our best overall player -- this in terms of productivity

I think he has recovered well now. I hope injury problems are behind him, at least for some time (hopefully a long time)

But even if he was injured, things are not so bad when Marchionni is able to replace him. He can also do great on right side.

But the problem is both of them were injured in the same time for a large period. :pumpkin:

Ya and when that is the case then our mid attack suffers beyond words, and obviously it hurts our entire attack :faq2:

I do, but we already know he's a vital figure for us, don't we?

Just missing from there, is that Camo's the best rightsided midfielder in the world ;).

Thanks anyway!

Camo out for Milan?

Juventus winger Mauro Camoranesi may join Milan’s Ronaldo in the stands for tomorrow’s San Siro crunch match.

The Old Lady were boosted by the news that Rossoneri striking star Ronaldo is set to miss out on this weekend’s big game, but now it seems that they could lose an ace of their own.

Azzurri midfielder Camoranesi has reported severe muscle fatigue during training and could be forced to sit out the trip to the Meazza.

“We are hoping for good news on Camo,” Ranieri told journalists.

“But we learned the lesson from his last injury and we will only play him if he’s 100 per cent and he wasn’t yesterday.”

Vincenzo Iaquinta and David Trezeguet are ready to start up front but Ranieri’s plan to field the same side that decimated Palermo is in jeopardy.

Alessandro Del Piero could replace Camoranesi, or there may be a reshuffle with Marco Marchionni or Hasan Salihamidzic claiming a start.

Giorgio Chiellini is expected to take over from Domenico Criscito and Zdenek Grygera could be fit enough to steal Jonathan Zebina’s place.
