He is going to win the league because its just that easy for us. When we hired him I was for it because I knew that any coach can win the league with this team and I had some faith that he was gonna improve our play. I was happy with a league win + improved offensive play + an exit from the CL against another top club. I now think we will just win the league but no improvement in our play and no deep CL run.

Poch is as much of a risk as Sarri is. I've never thought that Spurs had a shot at any title, they are a loser club. Yes, Poch plays attractive football but there's nothing to suggest he'll win anything. Spurs aren't poor either, they do spend a fair amount so with that in mind there is too much hype. In my eyes, promising managers do:
1. great things with a tight budget and are consistent so its not about beating a big club and losing to relegation teams, its about being competitive all the time
2. OR great things with a big budget - looking after a team of superstars isn't easy, look at Bayern and how a new manager has taken the same team to favourites for the CL from Kovac Bayern
3. they're good with tactics - even parking the bus and countering needs to be well planned to be effective, defence needs to be solid but the attack have to be ruthless
4. have a style and character - Atalanta and Wolves have a style about them but it doesn't have to be all attack because Atletico have their style and they've won titles.

We hired Sarri because his teams play with a style that may make us more competitive in the CL, its a shift in our traditions and perhaps he's setting the foundations for someone with Pep/Klopp style to take us further. Regardless of the leagues you look at Bayern, City, PSG you often get 3-0, 4-0, 5-0 scorelines which is eye-catching for the casuals and will appeal to glory hunters. Marketing-wise it's much better to scrape wins 4-3 as opposed to control the match for a 1-0 win. We could've easily got Conte back for another 10 scudetti but we wouldn't progress in Europe so this Sarri type of appointment had to take place a some point and now is the best time as we are dominant in the league.

Pochettino is just another puppet for this management IF he replaces Sarri which is highly unlikely. It would be the same issue, a manager stuck with the wrong players for his style.

The problem with Sarri is that he's just glad to be here and thankful for the opportunity. They don't respect his track record enough to meet his demands it seems like. We're stuck with these plusvalenza and freebie hit or miss transfers until a proven winner comes with specific demands for quality players. Then we'll see a Juve with a specific identity.
The thing for me is this:
I respect Sarri for thinking about modern football which means lots of one touch passes + applying pressure. The problem is that he does the right thing quite wrong.
The team is too slow on the offensive end (although we improved a bit).
We make the obvious and predictable moves which is also quite bad
The team is not defending well as a unit and the other teams are getting into the final 3rd quite easily.
The team seem like they dont have enough grit in their games.
The team take risks at wrong positions on the field.
On top of all that he seems to prefer "beauty" over effectiveness as I believe you can play a very beautiful style of football by playing to be efficient. We dont have to pick between the two.. We can choose both! and its definitely doable (Take a look at Bayern Munich, Liverpool and even Atalanta) (IMO Lazio played both a beautiful and effective style of football pre-Corona days)
Can he be the coach we need? I doubt it since its not just one thing that is problematic. Its too much to fix.

Pochettino - What I have seen from him - He prefers attacking style of football which is good. The teams he coached respected him which is also good BUT I dont consider him as a coach of the modern game.

The teams that succeed nowadays put pressure on opponents and play quick passes while dominating possession.
This is why in my books Pochettino shouldnt be considered as a replacement for Sarri but more someone like Gasperini. (We like them Italian anyway..)

Gasperini is not my no`1 choice but he seems like the best realistic choice.

I dont know why, but I have the feeling that we will choke badly. Hope that is not the case

Current situation with 4 weeks til the end, is the same feeling like in the match against Milan when we lead 2-0
It is all about mentality, our players must not feel we already win it before we ended the next match and confirm we win mathematically
There’s no way we choke now.

True, but he will be there to make sure the scudetto first, maybe cappocannonieri too
CR7 really is a champion, great professional, I just can't imagine who will fill his boots after he is not with us anymore
There will be a big hole left there
He's staying for 5 more years. I dunno why, but I'm certain of this.

Since he joined us I've been harping on the same string that he won't be here for another season but I'm starting to think I'm mistaken. He ain't going nowhere if we win the scudetto and we will.
the only hope he will get fired ....a humiliating defeat in the CL otherwise he is staying ...

I'm leaning toward Poch ... we still in the safe land ...no hard feeling towards Sarri ....

Poch is even more adaptable to our management needs, he can play attractive ..Gasperini type of attractive ...younger ...tactical

he can play 4 4 2 , 4 2 3 1 and 4 3 3 .... one CL final he lost ..., which is ok not bad ...Allegri lost two ..so what ..Allegri still great ...

I would say ... Poch is not demanding and way better than Sarri .... get that Torinese here .... kick Sarri out ...

Sarri will likely stay unless we are humiliated badly in the UCL.
Sarri appears to be a compromise candidate while we wait for ZZ, Pep and run out the contracts of our deadwoods by 2021.
Unlikely that we will be clear out all the deadwoods this mercato.
I doubt that Pep or ZZ would want Bernardeschi and Matuidi to be their first teamers!!!

I don’t think even AA expects us to win the UCL till 2022.

I hope we win CHL and we dont get humiliated for the sake of Juve. Not that I care about Sarri being our coach next season.
IMHO he will be our coach no matter how we do in CHL. He will beat Lyon (They will be parking the bus for 90 mins, but Ronaldo will do his job).

Either back him completely and provide him the players that suit his football or sack him and continue with a coach who has a more result oriented approach.

This halfway shit isnt going to work for too long.
Or recognize that he is limited based on the very little he produced with our very strong squad thus far, and then hire a better coach and back that better coach completely. The same way we recognized that Ferrara or Del Neri were limited and didn't back them completely because backing them completely would have been digging ourselves into a deeper hole.

My only concern now is the lack of other options. Inzaghi and Poch are promising but risky. I guess its worth the try given that we know the current doofus wont take us anywhere.

Now if we get Zizou or Pep... then we can back them completely. This kind of backing is earned and so far Sarri has earned nothing but our scorn.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. He is our coach and will be next year as well unless we lose to Lyon. Our offensive movements have improved. We are scoring more goals now. Our mid still sucks but Rabiot looks much better.
We still need to find some balance but im very curious to see how we look against top sides that offer us space. We will know where we stand as a team in a few weeks but calling for the guys head now is as dumb as rabiots head 3 weeks ago. Funny how its the same people

Yaay, a simple win against a random nobody would give this chimpanzee a title... Greatest accomplishment of his life... Sweet...

He is like a retarded, uneducated, clueless minister/secretary in a random Eastern Europe country who gets the credit for a simple job his team/employees did while he was scratching his cojones and solving sudokus...

Congratulations for doing the easiest thing on the planet and please fuck off to whatever cave you came from where it's appropriate to wear one peasant shirt for 9 months and chew whatever lowlife shit you chew while you pretend to manage one of the greatest clubs in the world...

Ps.: Fuck you, fuck off and good riddance, Empoli and spal needs your service, now that is a job you are qualified to take...
