sarri lost 2/2 finals so far. i don't see any competition at the moment. let sarri win something, then defend a title, win maybe a domestic double (let alone 4 in a row), then we can talk about competition.

these comparisons you're trying to push isn't doing maurice any favor. unless he wins a cl pretty quickly, he's still going to look bad for years.

btw i'm also happy that we finally managed to convincingly beat some shit teams like lecce, but let's not get carried away and let's hope we can keep that form until the end of the season.

also, lol at the smarter one for thinking that only bonucci's improvement might be natural.
Thing is we are playing better, and scoring more, most of our scorers are from our attackers. We have 7 points lead, he deserves credit.

The season isn't over yet. As @s4tch rightly said, we've lost 2 finals thus far. We've been playing better football lately, but the CL is the real litmus test. Winning Serie A and getting to the semis in the CL, and maybe then we can start to praise this guy.

I think it's fair to say Ronaldo, Dybala and Cuadrado have improved greatly this season under Sarri.
It's also fair to say that until Sarri wins the CL (or reaches the final at the very least) and wins multiple Scudetti and Coppe Italia, Allegri is the superior coach for Juve.
Both things can be true at the same time.

He´s doing well lately but I still cannot get over the fact that he wasted half a season on that BS 4-3-1-2. He should´ve just gelled the team to play strictly 4-3-3 the whole season and we would´ve clicked way earlier, if we indeed have now.

Berna in that AM position is one of the worst things we´ve seen and this man stood there on the sideline game after game continuing it. Hopefully he´s learned from this and just sticks to what the players tell him. If Ronaldo has scored 700 goals from the left wing you don´t play him in a front two at the age of 35 and try to change his game, that´s a bizarre mistake.

Very easy to judge after the fact. Ronaldo has the capabilities of a world class striker and has played there at Real many times actually. Not a bad idea to have one of the best finishers around to constantly stay in a position to finish when he gets slower with age, but we've been so reliant on him to create goalscoring opportunities aswell that he has to keep playing from the wing.

Berna also played previously many games at AM and should have the skills to excel in that position. These experiments were worth trying IMO. You also can't just write a whole tactic off after a single bad game.

This is true. But we started 4-3-3 with Costa-Higuain-Ronaldo, then Costa got injured, and Berna was not playing well. He did experiment with trinident, then Ramsey as AM, he did try to find the solution but we all know that 4-3-3 without a proper winger like Costa wont work.

Hopefully this will be a wake up call that our defense is not as good as the last few clean sheets have led some to believe. It was mostly from facing weak opposition, when put under pressure we have folded all too often.

The monster that De Ligt has been has covered up for a lot
