It’s strange, I don’t even really feel like following the team this season. For whatever reason I don’t have any joy in it this year.

too busy with work maybe, perhaps I don’t have the energy

Might be as it is in my case that the football we play regardless of the results is just dire. It's really hard to get excited for any game when you know with almost certainty that it's going to be 90 minutes of slow motion sideways passing, zero creativity and fuck ups at the back.

Fuck we must have the worst midfield trio in terms of key passes in any relevant club.

Couldn’t agree more with this, sadly.
I think it’s because it’s quite obvious that this team, manager and board don’t deserve the title and there are other teams, who are hungrier and better coached that do deserve the title.

It was such a big mistake last year to lose the 2 most important management figures in the club: Marotta & Allegri
I feel a bit the same way. For me it has more to do with that I don't believe we are building on this team for next season. I'm pretty certain Sarri will be gone this summer, a new coach will arrive with a new philosophy and new players. We have yet to reach our inevitable square one, so I'm kinda of just waiting for this season to be over.

Naah.. Lyon is too weak to compete with us.. Verona would have more of a chance of getting past us than Lyon...
You could write us down for QF elimination though..
Despite the defeat, Lyon looked good today. Sarris Juve could lose to anyone, I wouldn't feel so bullish. We are our worst enemies.

This game against Verona game me flashbacks to the Ajax game last year, one of the most embarrassing performances I've seen in years. I don't care if you hate or love Sarri, as a Juve fan you cannot defend that at all. To think he coached the team a whole week to come up with that performance is pathetic and a pure tragedy.

This better be a turning point, cause if we see something even close to this he deserves the sack.

It also speaks volumes about Sarri that a lot of his old players have come out and talked about how boring his training methods are and how stubborn he is. No one has anything good to say about him from his old clubs.

Zola criticised his stubbornness, Kovacic complained about his boring and monotonous training methods and Fabregas complained about both. The board really should have seen this all coming with this manager.

Thats not clubs, thats one club, Chelsea. They talked shit about Mou when Conte arrived, talked shit about Conte when Sarri arrived, talked shit about Sarri when Lamps arrived and eventually will talk shit about Lampard in a year or two.

I dont think players or staff of Napoli or Empoli or the bottom clubs Sarri coached before generally share that opinion

The board wanted a yes man who does not interfere in the transfer policy

Our gameplan is so ugly that for the first time in many years I think we will end up empty handed.
I really don't think we have one. And we haven't had one for a while now.

Scary thing is the majority of members here could see that he is nowhere near good enough but our board couldn't.
Our board seems more concerned with building the brand than the actual games anyway. All major decisions from the last 18 - 24 months point that way. Personally, I detest it.

But I guess the board assumed we are/were going to win the scudetto anyway, regardless of who they hired to coach the team. And honestly we should have the best squad by far. Hell, just by looking at the numbers, Inter or Lazio shouldn't even come close.

He had a lot of problems with Insigne too.
