...As soon as he came off we looked twice the team in attack...
as soon as dybala entered the pitch we looked twice the team. neither higuain nor cr7 could create anything.

berna is in hopeless form and i want him to be benched too, but singling him out as the main reason for these shit performances is a wrong conclusion.

Higuain looked alright, yeah sure CR was bad but he is also the most successful player we've ever had and is beyond proven

And the guy behind the 2 strikers should be the one creating in a 4312 that's literally the entire point.

The whole team looks so disjointed there were so many misplaced passes and players looking tired like de ligt

Is he though? What talent?

His best qualities are his work rate and willingness to play direct, neither of which are related to talent.

Technically I'd say he's terrible for a Juve level team.
Well he has shooting power and he isnt bad on accuracy although it can improve. He can change direction Ronalo`s heel type which I think he could use more often to improve his game. He needs to work hard but I think the potential is there - He is not a bad player he just isnt good enough as he doesnt make this next step.. I`d sell him as we dont have time to see if he can make it and even if he does - Its not like he`ll become Messi or something...

I really miss Pogba Dybala 2015

Honestly his shooting is a total myth all he does is punt the ball as hard as possible and never hits the target. Literally anyone between the ages of 16-50 with a working pair of legs could produce similar shooting results to Berna of the last few seasons.

Well the blame isn't 100% on Sarri for using Berna. This midfield can't offer protection to defense like when Juve had MVPP so he needs extra man to help the defense. Remember that Allegri used Mandzu as his extra man in midfield

It's just a shame that Costa is injury prone. He can provide some defensive task while being very good in attack

bernardeschi rarely played as a trequartista. he's a winger, and their best performances for both fiorentina and juventus happened with him playing his natural position. last season, dybala played a hybrid winger/midfielder role and half of people gave up on him, half of them blamed allegri for playing him out of position. it's a similar situation this season: sarri has an idea about playing with 2 strikers, and tries to support this idea with all the players at his disposal. too bad paratici and marotta never bought a proper trequartista, not even when allegri was begging for it.

i really hope ramsey finds his fitness asap so that sarri has a player in the hole who's suited for the role. a healthy ramsey is probably the closest thing sarri could have in the hole.

Ramsey made a career out of being the hardest working player on the pitch most of the time at Arsenal in a much more physical league

Obviously the issue there is he's always an injury risk but if he's fit then he should start every time over Berna. Let Berna come on against worn down opposition an hour in.

D.C injury less would have been sick..
We need to make this team more energetic - They really didnt care much today..
Sarri - It takes time? Maybe but for now he isnt passing the test and its not about winning 5-0 6-0.. Its about attitude which I dont think that has changed much..

Pochettino? Naah.. He is good but I want someone who will make the players bleed for their shirts apply pressure and dont ever stop - Klopp at the end of the season - offer him whatever he wants - Sell Ronaldo for him if we need to...

The main reason for this garbage is the moron on the sideline for keep starting useless bums like Berna. We’ve seen time and again this season that he can’t play that role, yet Sarri keeps playing him there. The guy’s fucking clueless.

Yea I believe our midfield and lack of balance is the problem.

I'm frustrated he is continually playing shit players but over all our squad needs work.

Big fuck you to Marotta and Patricia for not fixing our midfield problem.

Love how it doesn't matter the coach, we make random GK's look amazing against us.

Kudos to Sarri for keeping that trend going...

If Guardiola is available next summer would you take that opportunity? If the point is to play an exciting and attacking football then Sarri is not doing any of that.

what would guardiola do with that midfield?

sarri won't leave for a couple of years. if he does, just bring back max and give him a proper midfield.

Yeah but for Pep to do anything we would need 2 world class central midfielders and a bunch of other squad players suited to his needs. I don't see us bankrolling Pep sufficiently. Could be wrong though maybe we will to keep the momentum going.

Have we had any games where our strikers get on the scoreboard where the midfield or defense isn't? I mean, has our offense been so convincing they dominate without another part of the team bailing them out?
