Impossible to answers as I haven't seen any non-Juve defender play enough to make a fair comparison. Ruben Diaz is one player who comes to mind who has had an enormous effect on his team defensively. City currently have the best defence in the PL and one of the best in Europe. That wasn't the case last season. I would imagine De Ligt is definitely up there with the best of them though.
