Would be just like :J: if we sack Allegri for his shit football this summer and all Tuz fans finally get their wish of a non-Italian coach, but that coach is Tuchel with his shit football :lol3:

@BayernFan
I'm sure a few would be happy. There seemed to be a lot of members with a fascination for German coaches and Tuchel had been suggested in the past.

You need quality players to play against other quality players.
So what excuse(s) do you give Max for coming up short against inferior squads like Udinese, Empoli, and Verona, respectfully sitting in 14th, 16th, and 18th place presently?

Our well paid manager couldn't out coach the likes of Udinese's retread coach Cioffi, Empoli's Nicola with precious little time knowing what he had and lastly Baroni who from what I read his best work was in serie b and lower.

Know it's been posted earlier by members, but damn MOTIVATING is a part of managing and appears Max lacks it with this group he has assembled.

If you expected wins against those, you are not just naive, you are more deluded than I thought.

Don't expect a direct answer to your question. He will derail the discussion and blubber some nonsense.
There is not a chance for once to admit that fraud is doing something wrong.

If there's anything Max has done well this season, it's been motivation. We went 16 games unbeaten on motivation alone. The problem is we were putting it all on the title race against Inter. Something that was always gonna burst. That was a mistake.

The club and the manager kept trying to underline that we were looking behind us, rather than in front of us. But people got excited because we were doing so well. Some even thought we could topple Inter. Now the title race is over and with it, all that we hanged our expectation on. It becomes hard to motivate players who feel there's nothing to compete for anymore.

If we finish this season in 3rd or 4th place. That means CL. And that's a mission accomplished in my view. And that's all I care about.

Though the Empoli home embarrassment was before the Inter match, when 1st was quite within reach? I help you with an excuse for that. They were looking ahead to Inter. Well a 7m manager needs to make sure that doesn't occur. Failed!

And even before the Udinese debacle at home we were within range of achieving 1st but I agree ended after that match. Maybe Max should publicly stop saying his team has no chance at a scudetto? He has been telling the press that way before the Inter match. Maybe players are taking that crap in? God forbid Max is communicating that in the locker room.

So okay here is a YES or NO question for you. If at least 4th place isn't obtained by Juve, should Max be replaced?

Yes. Not qualifying for champions league would be an abysmal failure. Just as winning the title would've been an astronomical achievement.

Securing cl is what the club wanted. It's what the club needs to be able to begin rebuilding. We'll go nowhere as a club if we can only buy players like Weah in the summer. Giuntoli has big work cut out for him. And not generating income from cl would put a big dent in our rebuild process.

It became a self fulfilling prophecy. That’s not how you motivate an underdog

It did. Because it didn't work. And it didn't work because we got slapped so hard by Inter, that we haven't picked ourselves up yet. We're slowly unraveling, as the goal of the season becomes vague. With a cushion even.

There's a certain champion attitude that's missing. The most essential part of a successful squad. We're young. Inexperienced. With players that don't know what it actually takes to win a title.
It means having a consistency. And being able to pick themselves right back up when the wind starts to blow. Not crumble.

This team will radically different in two years time. Significantly.

Comedy Gold. They should allow you to do an SNL Skit - you can play the role of Failegri, the unapologetic loser coach of Cuckventus. I think it'd be hilarious.

No. Fuck Tuchel. There are many coaches out there, and many who can do a better job for less than the 7+ million this fraudulent fuck is receiving.

I remember when Lippi had the decency to step aside, and he is 10 times the coach and man this fuckstick proclaims to be.

It means we doesnt improve from last season. Last season we finished with 72 points (-10 points) on par points with Inter Milan who finished third. This season we only focus on Serie A, If we finished only third means we doesnt improve.

you're kinda right. But I don't know how much of an improvement Weah is. Nothing significant will happen if we don't change our team. This team is this level. And we need to get to another level.

Come on man, this is clearly untrue.
