low intensity high volume that pre season , but in October they should have much less volume and much higher intensity , that's the periodization training technique of any professional team sport , if you keep this high volume and as well try to increase intensity that's when all the injuries happened...
and clearly we are unable to keep high intensity during games... meaning they never moved in the periodization process of training to high intensity and lower volume...

Does it have to be Cunte or Failegri? Cunte is also going to want guarantees, and he isn't going to be cheap either. Moreover, we know that after 2 seasons, shit is going to hit the fan with him - he is constantly seeking new challenges.

I'd rather take a punt on someone like Gallardo or Tudor.

regarding conte he mostly likely accept 10 mil salary due the fact that his wife and children live in turin , as well I believe (just an opinion) if you look at our youngsters , we have incredabily talented team (bremer , Dusan, Kostic, miretti , fagioli ,rovella ,soule, locateli ,Samuel Iling-Junior chiesa and we can even add pogba if he would be fit) and i believe conte can get so much more with those young boys , I believe he can make them WC players...

regarding Gallardo , he could be a good choice , very interesting to see how he would perform in europe , regarding Tudor can't see this guy bring us up and saving us from the bad place we are in.
