Winning isn't allowed here unless its 7-0 ala EPL clubs beating on scrubs or PSG beating on french farmers.

If it's not a 7-0 pretty and gorgeous win, did you really win the match?
It should be like City or Bayern. All other wins are bad that they are almost losses.

One player is not enough to change everything but Allegri can sure be smarter about who to pair him with and what midfield roles they will each have so that our game can be more fluid and have everyone played to their strengths, for now however i still expect to see more experiments and rotation moving forward, partly due to injuries but also cause of Max’s constant tinkering, however quite probably with more stable and better overall performances than the one against Sampdoria now that the mercatto is over and squad has been defined, which as long as we win even those type of games where nothing seems to go our way everything should still be fine afterall regardless of the performance itself.
The thing isn't that things will be changed, it's that they haven't been. Max has been forcing round pegs into square holes to make his system work instead of adapting the gameplan to the squad. Now we have Paredes the system should hopefully work better. I've been a bit of a cheerleader, but if Paredes doesn't improve the way we play it's STREET for sure.

I also expect a lot of rotation, especially in the next few months up to the world cup. The schedule is gonna be packed (good news for us fans) and it'll be important to spread the minutes out.

It was not boring. More like shaky and uninspiring. Against better teams, performances like today can easily lead to draws or defeats. So obviously there's a concern here.

Besides Spezia are Serie B level. You're expected to win games like these comfortably even with a shit team.
We always play to the level of our opponents so I disagree with that.

Still hasn't done anything yet to change my mind. Spezia were allowed way too much possession tonight and we didn't not create as many chances as we should

An ugly win but nonetheless a win was a must tonight. We are playing way bellow our potential atm. This team should challenge for the title. Kudos for giving Miretti entire 90 mins. Id rather see the youngster making odd mistake here and there than accidental footballers like Mckennie taking up his spot. Hes gonna be a star player, the quality is there. Nice twist and turns, connects and moves well, has that urgency and purpose in his play. Milik is a good player, dont get the hate. Fiorentina will be a good test. If we win there, we might instill fear in our rivals again.
