But they will be spectator in world cup for the second time in the row, boo
for Euro, they win is on par with Greece win the Euro. And for Real Madrid, even my goat coach them they will win it anyway
And?

They won the Euros. Worth missing out on a shitty World Cup in the desert for.

In fact, if Italy were to win the World Cup in 2026 and not qualify for the following Euros it would be totally worth it for them. They’d bite your hand off with that offer.

Real Madrid with similar squads under Lopetegui / Solari finished 3rd in La Liga and exited in ro16 in CL. Under Zidane they won 1/2 La Ligas and went to ro16 and semis in CL. Carlo comfortably won La Liga and CL with an aging team, managing to get a lot more out of 34yo Benz and their 100yo midfield than the previous managers did with the younger versions of the same players. Thats crazy impressive, your goat couldnt do that, you'd stand as much chance as your goat and surely 99% of the coaches in the world couldnt do that.

Italy in Euros was as far from Greece as possible, for me their football style seemed a lot closer to classic Netherlands style than to Rehagels ultra defensive approach.

Ancelotti is the most decorated manager in the CL history, having won trophy record 4 times...

You are either blind or delusional if you cant see that Allegri plays safety first, defensive football with no creativity in attack or system that favours creative / attacking football. We have looked like headless chickens up front for years under him. It's no secret what style him and other Italian coaches prefer.
We looked like headless chicken in a period we faced off with teams 10x our worth, reached 2 CL finals, won 4/5 domestic doubles, and a lot of people considered us a top 3-5 side every year. Yeah, got it.

The only seasons where we didn’t have a style of play under him was 2018-19, when we signed Ronaldo, but no one in midfield in to move the ball forward. Despite that, we still crushed the league by 11 points and had a decent CL season.
Last season was just a disaster with the injuries and an incomplete roster.

I would say 2017-2018 also lacked creativity up front. We were masters at grinding results though.

Yes, we've been playing like crap for a few years now under Max but our players are shite too.

Lol. I don’t know why people say that. It was our highest scoring season in 60 years. Sure we had some bad games here or there (Napoli at home for example), but it was still a great season and could’ve have been even better without Michael Oliver.

We still dining off what happened 5/7 years ago?

Hasn't been the same since. People change, athletes/ managers lose their touch, squads completely different and game evolves all of the time.

Jose won the CL and multiple premier league titles but nobody would want him here.

Raymond Domenech took France to a World Cup final but was absolute trash after.

I'm not dining of what he did 5-7 years ago. I'm just calling out your ridiculous statement - again, one of the most successful teams for over half a decade simply can't be "headless chickens" upfront.

Some of the criticism he received last season is warranted and if we have a similar season he has to go, but lets not fabricate lies about his first stint here just to suit a narrative.
