Why as there is system in place under klopp coaching method to get the best out of the players?
They fail to understand it. Can you imagine their outcry if Juventus would have signed Matip, Konate, Tsimikas, Robertson, hell I'm pretty sure that some of them would have been against Fabinho and Mane too

If Juventus would have signed 90% of the players that Klopp has signed all these Allegri's fanboys would be disappointed as hell :lol2:

Liverpool playing Villarreal in a competition that we got knocked out of yet this thread is more active than on our match days. I was in high school the last time we played Liverpool but you'd think that we're playing against Klopp's team tomorrow.

We're also a team with the best striker, the best winger, the best fullback, several of the best CBs, top3 mid and many other very good players like Dybs, Morata, Danilo etc, so its not all gloom and doom. Many of our worst players would probably be among leaders at teams we've been beaten by this season. On paper Id rate our team ahead of Milan, Napoli, Lazio, Roma and about on par (though Id still give a slight edge to Juve) with Inter, but obv we have the better coach between Allegri and Inzaghi.

So yes, I do believe we're a scudetto material team and looking at the trajectory of Juve, Inter, Milan and Napoli I'm certain next season we'll be back to dominating the league.
remove brozovic and barella from inda and we're talking. top3 mid is a huge stretch too. also, the squad is unbalanced, we have zero effective dm's and no midfielder who can actually pass the ball forward. we also lack pace. best striker is funny, he arrived at match day 24 lol, at this rate you should have added ronaldo too cause he played for us this season :baus:

anyway, not that i necessarily agree, but here's something to discuss:

Straying off topic but I remember Salah wreaking havoc against us every time. When they signed him I told my Liverpool-fan-friend that I thought it was a really good signing. But I didn't imagine him being this good. His impact was way, way, way beyond my imagination. Same with Mane. Had barely seen Robertson, so.

Klopp deserves all the credit he gets but the management too (from scouts to directors). Careful scouting and clear ideas of what they need, want, and can get. EPL money helps of course but they are not wasteful. Our management does a lot of good but needs a change. Allegri also deserves to have some actual working input. We would like different under someone like Pep but with the CMs we have, the outcome wouldn't necessarily be better (may even be worse). I give Allegri a lot of negative comments because I prefer managers with their own philosophy that encompasses everything. Less tactical, more envisioning, kind of. This being said, Allegri is a world class coach irregardless how I feel about his approach. He is fairly simple as well. Easy to understand his reasoning by just watching us play, and for this season I've agreed with his set ups most of the time (I have set up things similarly on paper as him). Differences is only the approach, such as, I would not sit on the Polack's knees every time we loose the ball and I've always advocated Dybala to start out wide and then roam and drift in centrally. Anyway, I think why I tend to agree with his set up this season is simply the lack of options. We have, like everyone is saying, no creative spark in midfield. Doesn't really matter which option he puts on, the outcome will be the same. If we had a reliable RB I'd even prefer Danilo staying in CM for next season. He's quicker on the ball, roams more and has a decent reading of the game. If he plays 433, 442, 352, 111111etc doesn't matter, the team is built on counter-attacking players.

Morata is, and has always been, a counter-attacker. Chiesa started to learn to play in possession and thanks to his determination and one-on-one ability it bodes very well. Pirlo made this analysis last season and I agree. Same for Kulusevski. Paratici seemed fond of these types of players and they suit Allegri and Conte, but we need more players like Cuadrado and Dybala (but in other places on the field) that can keep possession and create while in possession. Not sure where we would be this season without Cuadrado.

I still can’t over merda’s game, we had the Scudetto in the bag but weren’t allowed to win that day.

Su Allegri: "Il progetto Allegri è ancora molto valido.
On Allegri: "The Allegri project is still very valid. Let's look at the progress: it has restored solidity. A game two weeks ago gives us the regret of not being able to compete for the Scudetto. Not being happy with the path is quite difficult. With Lapo we have fun. and let's joke, he has the quality of knowing how to intervene with interesting jokes. We have a long-term project, we knew that this year would be difficult and having regrets for not winning the final is a good omen for the future ". On Chiellini: "he He said that he has a couple of reflections to do, in the family and beyond. He has been in the club for years. Now concentrate on the season finale".

As a top club, we have alternative players who can start in place of their injured teammates and legendary Italian goalkeeper, Dino Zoff insists Juve cannot use injuries to their performers as an excuse.
He said via Calciomercato: ‘I wouldn’t blame the injuries, it had started badly and it can happen after many years of winning. Something must be changed and the difficulties were those and not for the injuries. With a squad like Juve’s there are no excuses. ‘
