That is a bullshit excuse and bullshit steering of discussion to Kean again. Idgaf about him, it could have been fucking Chibozzo on the bench and I would've said the same.

What's the point of having subs at all then? Why was Kean or Berna on the bench at all? If they are there, they are fit and good to play.

And again: 1) this is a trend happening all season and 2) we had Sturaro making a difference in CL before, that is a bullshit excuse once again.

I don't blame Allegri alone for the elimination and nothing guarantees if he had made subs we would go through, I said my fair share about the players too, but I cannot accept going out on 'ah it's fine we didn't have anyone to make the difference anyways'. Not when it has been proven time and time again the small details and the unlikeliest of players can do it. Sturaro, Chicharito, Origi, Wijnaldum, Zalayeta, Lucas Moura etc etc. Too bad Allegri, Klopp, Lippi, Pochettino didn't think then 'ah it's fine I do not have anyone to sub on anyways'.
Cool man, it'd be Chibozzo and I'd say the same. He isn't a better player than Morata or Vlahovic, neither is Kean. Excuses or not, do whatever mental gymnastics you want.

I know you like your point on Sturaro, he played well once against Real. But it is a far easier job running about closing players and generally being a nuisance than having the technique to open a team up like we needed today. He also had far more games where he was dreadful for us. I can't believe this is even a point of discussion.

Subs are great and can win you games. Allegri has used them to good effect many times. I can see the point you are trying to make but changes for the sake or making changes can have a negative effect. The argument that we had any real viable options on the bench is delusion. Pellegrini maybe but our LB was fine and Pellegrini has been far from convincing. Berna is unfit and unreliable, Dybala is clearly unfit, Kean doesn't convince.

So what? You was trashed at home by 7th team of the la liga, shut the fuck up, cunt

All season long our XG is 1.0, you can't win with shit stats like this, that's why it's Allegri's fault for 100%
Talk about positive mental attitude. It’s defeatist.

suicidal pragmatism. For his tactic and personal survival of his legacy.

Serves him right for not blooding them in other games. 2 minutes here 5 minutes there is not enough.

No, he should have started. Did you seriously expect to keep a clean sheet with Rugani and De Ligt?
Started

Come on man, he hasn't played football in a month and not regularly all season. Rugani and De Ligt have been good this season. I've been critical of Rugani in the past but he has been solid this season. De Ligt is a definite starter.

Who wasn't he blooding?

Dybala and Berna have both been injured. Pellegrini has played plenty. Kean started at the weekend and 2 weeks before. Are you meaning Miretti?

Max embarrassed himself on the field and now he is embarrassing himself in the post match interview too.

He is not a mediocre coach, but he is definitely past his prime.

It would be totally fine if we terminate his contract or even better, PSG or NT come after him

Villareal also had injuries and a much thinner bench. We can't make these excuses for ourselves and ignore the opposition - it goes both ways. We were playing at home and got destroyed. This is unacceptable and inexcusable. Everyone shares in the blame, including Allegri. We can't simply absolve him and excuse him, hand were tied BS - that's utter nonsense.
No one is excusing him ffs. He deserves some of the criticism coming his way. But we have been changing managers every season now so is it getting better? Maybe the main issue is the quality of some of our players, especially in the middle that cant pick a pass, that cant deal with pressure. You know pussyfags like Rabiot, etc...

We wasted our chances and unfortunately Rugani made a bad mistake so unfortunately will have to take some blame.

Wtf are you talking about? Destroyed? We missed a half-dozen great chances and should have been cruising up 3-0 going into the second half. They had 0 shots on goal and 4 attempts total at minute 76 when they got that penalty. Like literally zilch before Rugani conceded a penalty on what wasn’t even gonna be a chance on goal. They scored their only 3 shots on target all match. We dominated the match for 75 minutes while they parked the bus and squandered chance after chance, and then predictably melted down in a disastrous 15 minutes.

If anything he deserves blame for the fact our players are so mentally soft and pathetic and collapse at the slightest sign of adversity still, 6 months into his tenure, but that’s also been the case for three years now. We’re just a mess of a team and he hasn’t fixed it yet. His job now is finish the league season strong, so we play CL next year which is ~70 mil revenue that needs to be secured, and hopefully win Coppa.

And then we need to fix more of the squad in the summer. If he fails to lead us to scudetto and CL QFs or better next year then he needs to get sacked. But right now, this team is a mess, and sacking him isn’t going to fix that. Just like I said sacking Pirlo last summer wouldn’t fix it.
