I know you like Kean but honestly take off the blinkers. He can play as long as he wants but he is not an improvement on Morata or Vlahovic, even when tired. Playing for PSG with Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria and Verratti is very different.

You've hit the nail on the head with Berna he was playing well "before his injury". How many appearances has he had since? He looked very poor on his return in his last game.

Morata and Vlahovic are not irreplaceable but they are better than the options on the bench.

There's other things a coach can do to help his team win aside from making subs. Adjusting your tactics to exploit your opponent is one. Max had plenty of time to prepare for the most important game of the season. He just didn't do anything until it was too late.
