Players aside, the team lacks an identity and has zero energy. Allegri has been trying to steady the ship before it even left for sea...and hasn't been able to handle to it at all.

What exactly is he trying to make work here? A 442 using central midfielders as wingers?

He lacks personnel in midfield but makes it 10 times worse.

I don’t recall any players playing brilliantly under Pirlo. We had Chiesa possibly but this season Chiesa has been regularly injured or dealing with niggles, cuadrado was also good but the guy is now a year older and can’t be expected to carry the team, he also had Ronaldo to assist to. The other players that are bad this season were bad last season.

Morata started last season fantastically, than his form dropped, but Chiesa, Cuad and Ronaldo had their good spells for the rest of the season. We weren't a good team but most of the time there was a player or two capable of rescuing a point.

Literally every winning coach ever had a great team, wtf are you talking about?

Allegri absolutely shat the bed a lot this season, made some bad choices tactically, with subs, with starting 11s etc. He is absolutely one of the people to share blame for the season so far.

But it is about bigger picture. Who here has the benefit of the doubt when it comes to past success? Allegri or players? Down which path have we gone last two years, who did we trust? Coaches or players?

There is LITERALLY no 5 players in this team that deserve to be at Juventus. And it's not that all of them are so bad individually or that Genoa or whoever has a better team, but so much bad energy and bad attitude has accumulated here that there is no other solution than to get them all out and quick. Same thing happened at the end of the first Allegri stint, but he was the scapegoat then because it is easier to change the coach than 20 players and someone had to leave.

Well fuck this club if they decide that is the case again without at least 10-15 changes and full confidence in Max for at least 3 full seasons.

Lastly, yes, eventhough I do not rate PLENTY of our players, us being 10th in Serie A is devastating, underperforming and miserable. He was given Locatelli and he made literally zero improvement with our squad. When he arrived everyone said he's here involved with the transfers, he's more than just a coach, and if that's the case then he surely green lighted Kean who wasn't bought for cheap either. So, technically, it's kinda his fault too, no?

He changed teams from weaker to stronger but he didn't build a squad. He failed with weaker team at Milan just like he's failing here at the moment. He was amazing for us, but back then we had monster midfield which even Pirlo would use to his advantage.

it's not 8th place bad though

we have plenty of issues and unfortunately this season allegri is one of them. i love max but this is a disappointing season for him too.

Unfortunately we aren't in a period where being friends with your players works.
We are in a period of time where, how some else already said, we need a dictator, and a ruthless one.

He is going to fail and as I always said, failure is intolerable in Juve, otherwise we risk turning into a arsenal.
Come end of the season I will probably call for his head, even sooner if things don't go nowhere.

Pjanic was great for us imo. People are brainwashed obviously. His absence was felt as soon as he left us and we had nobody with a brain. Of course he was ghost at times too but I always loved him here.

I had zero positive things about Khedira. But at this point I wish we had him LOL.

But I was more talking about Vidal and Marchisio. He had them in his season, no? I might have mistaken there, dunno.

Yes, but Ronaldo was our main focus of goals. Those should should be sort of spread around now. Sure, losing Ronaldo is/was a blow. We have Chiesa, though, it was huge signing for us and look at him. One of the best players we had, one of the performances for Italy, and look at him now. Allegri can't even use him.

Chiesa literally has the same number of goals he had last season at this point. And 3 assists less but that is easily explained by no Ronaldo.

Cuadrado was one of our most effective players last season. This time around he's among the least effective ones.

As for Chiesa, it's not just goals and assists. He used to PLAY great, now he's really average. And he doesn't seem to be the only one.

He had the MVPP midfield for one season, and then we dismantled it over the next two and Marchisio had career ending injuries basically.

100% agree on Pjanic. And Khedira, while he was never going to be star, he was a very intelligent, solid kid who didn’t make mistakes. We could definitely use capable replacements for both.
