When we hired Conte, and when we hired Allegri, how much international success did they have? and did they do pretty well both of them? YES.
They would not have been included in your above list back then.
There are probably 10-40 coaches out there with good ideas and good results, who could be the next world famous coach, if we cared to look to other people than ex-players and italians.
Without much research I could also add the following:
- Poch
- Tuchel
- Mourinho
- Gasperini
- Nagelsmann
And these are very well knowns too. Our directors should be able to identify more interesting candidates, if they actually watch football and do their job.
Other clubs are doing so with success as well.
