I don't take anything personal with him. I just care about our team and state we are in.
It seems like In this direction that we are heading nothing will change for better.
The cycle has ended way before but we didn't want to accept it. Every cycle ends somewhere. It's a shame, but we have to move on and experiment new ideas that will help us take the next step.
Remaining with Max would probably mean experiencing the same thing we had in the last 2 years. It's a very good achievement but isn't enough for this squad and it's capabilities.

Allegri has gone through multiple cycles at Juve already. It's not like he hasn't already proven to be able to handle changes.
We'll have to slowly keep renewing our team in the next couple of seasons and keep winning at the same time. I'd be surprised if Agnelli and co would want someone other than Allegri to be in charge during that process considering how he has been able to manage previous changes in personnel. People tend to underestimate how hard it is to continuously win trophies.

In the process of doing that, we are not going to get any better or any worse under the current coach although evidence seems to suggest that the team looks more unmotivated and battered than it's ever been since our revival period and I'd like to think our football has regressed in the past couple of years even though we are achieving the minimal objectives.
There needs some life to be put into this Juve team and I don't know if changing 7-8 players is the answer as we seem to be reinforcing the squad every year anyway with a lot of changes.
Also it's a bit frustrating to see that the younger players of the squad are having consistency issues because of the constant tinkering and rotating of the squad. It is very easy to blame the players and brand them as shit or terrible like some of you seem to do but the downside of having 'tactical flexibility' is the continuity which particularly the younger players have issues coping up with. I believe some of the players we have can certainly be managed better.

He completely lost it, clubs don't have DNA, style of play is changing during periods of time with different coaches.
Noone is asking for a barca style 5 goals a game type of football, just show some attack plan and desire through the game. He should watch 96 - 98 Lippi's CL games to see what kind of "DNA" this club has. If it wasn't sad it would have been funny because it is so similar to the Bayern style Allegri said we can't emulate.

Well thankfully we don't need to get better in order to win and even that elusive CL trophy can be achieved by just raising our level a bit especially in those really important games (CL finals). The margins at the very top are small and this team under Allegri can perform better than it has in recent months.
I understand that people nowadays get bored and want change on regular basis. I don't expect people to be as patient as I am. However the atmosphere among fans considering what we have done for the past 8 years is beyond ridiculous.
