Just realized , wasnt Douglas Costa a flop show under Ancelotti ?

Tbh i rather we stick with Allegri. Ancelotti has CL pedigree but his last Bayern stint dint go too well. Apparently Bayern players were 'irritated' by his training methods and felt they werent training enough under him. Not sure it would go down too well here.

Honestly neither choice is a bad one. Sticking with Allegri offers a certain continuity and stability as well as almost guaranteed silverware in Italy, so sticking with him should be our primary option. However if he wants to try his luck in England we should obviously let him like we do with our players, and Carlo would definitely be more than an adequate replacement. He's italian, has real Champions league pedigree to aid us in what is obviously our main goal and has a certain star-power that attracts players. Best manager in the market right now and would guarantee results on at least some level.

Yep. Between the two I'd rather we keep Allegri.

Wouldn't mind Carlo but he needs to change tihngs up a little from his Bayern spell. They looked a bit too relaxed.

You just know we'd finish 2nd one season under him though  As long as he offsets that with a CL win I'll be ok with that.
Tbh looking at Madrid, competing for the CL and flunking every other competition seems to be the key to success. That, and the refs I guess.

Allegri's way ahead of Ancelotti.

I think after this year it's possible Max would have four consecutive doubles and also lost to the CL winner 3 out of 4 years? Is that correct?

I would rather have Allegri over Ancelotti to, but just out of curiosity, how do you figure Allegri to be way ahead. Carlo has three CHL titels?

That was well in the past. Seems he was not really putting in the effort at Bayern.

Allegri > Ancelotti
Ancelotti seems a little 'dated' to be honest. Allegri has made Juve great in Europe again, and looks like to have the players trust. Really think we will win it eventually under him.

I dont know.. Both are great coaches but despite everything Ancelotti has done I still remember the 2nd place he achieved with us...
Anyway both are the same in my eyes..

RAI's Ciro Venerato reports that Mr. Allegri will remain at Juve. He's happy with the working conditions at the club and the extensions to Nedvěd, Marotta & Paratici. If, under any circumstances, he leaves Juve, he won't be replaced by Ancelotti.

The only time it worked this way for Juve was in 96. All our finals were when we won the Scudetto, so I don't know why people asume that if we fuck up in Serie A, we'll have a better chance in Europe. If we fuck up in Serie A, it will probably be because we are shit and we're gonna get fucked in Europe as well.

He has to address the playing style of the team, if we are going to concede possession and territory on the pitch a counter attack is badly needed, I can't see him ever playing like we did against RM in Madrid as it's just not his style to press high up the pitch and attack in numbers

I think there will be quite a few changes this Summer as it's quite clear there is a disconnect between Allegri's style of play and the players available to him to implement that style of play he likes

I think it would probably be better to find a new coach as I don't really see us improving all that much under Allegri in the coming years as it looks like he has hit his ceiling here at Juve

Maybe if the quality of players improves this Summer and the management sort out the Dybala Higuain problem I could see us playing a lot better but i'm not confident Allegri has the balls to tell the management to get rid of one of them. It feels like he is compelled to play Higuain as the management probably don't want to be told they spent too much money on him and he's not exactly improving us
