I think the management will give him a little bit more time. I have lost my faith in him, but perhaps this is the right thing to do. He is actually a manager that has won 2 serie A with 2 different teams. This is quite something.

My expectations are that he will stay for the next two games no matter what and if we lose them or don't win any of them, he'll be gone. Perhaps our management already are negotiating with someone like Spalleti, Montela, Prandelli...

No coach can win without a functioning midfield. No midfield functions without a distributor. After sorting this out then you can begin to address the attack. I find it hard to scapegoat the attack when they are getting nothing from the midfield.

The problem is clearly the midfield. No wonder-we've had a shocker with injuries. Is it any real surprise that the single game we had our best midfield of Claudio, Pogba and Khedira we looked great again?

only things that needs to get out is allegri, this team has a defeatist mentality, beyond injuries and the rest, we just look ripe for the taking. After some reflection, i actually dont like the idea of holding onto allegri just coz there is no one better available right now. If this season is a wash, get an interim guy and plan for next year.

Allegris the scapegoat here. And I think most reasonable people will see it. If he got what he wanted and we were where we are, I would be the first to want this guy to GTFO. Fact is, he's taking the fall for a shit mercato and while his choices in this time are definitely debatable, I'd blame him more for not standing up to the management for the personnel he wanted rather than accepting a situation that was created when it really shouldn't have. You can't implement your ideas effectively enough when you have so many new players on the roster, have lost key men to injury and are working for a board that have no clear ideas of their own. Allegri is a good coach when things are optimised for him. Unfortunately, we haven't played to his strengths and as a result he's going to be the first to go. Even though he is not the root cause of this mess.

No, I honestly believe that Sarri has given Napoli a distinct identity and playing style. Same with Mancini at Inter, and Garcia at Roma. All of them have clear ideas and its showing when they take to the pitch. Inter maybe to a lesser degree, but their mercato had clear intent and didn't seem all over the place. Right now though, I am thoroughly enjoying Sarris work at Napoli. He is genuinely remind me of Lippi.
