Montella is only 41 , but already had 3 succesfull seasons in a average Serie A team so i think he can do far better in a team like Juve . I like his character and desire .

No coach can turn this team around if Marchisio stays injured or sick or whatever the fuck is wrong with him now. Without a midfielder that can orchestrate the game, there wont be a game plan for this team. As long as the likes of Lemina are distributing for the squad there will be no progress. We must buy a proper regista in the winter no matter how much it costs us. I would really try to get Pirlo back on loan if thats what it takes.

No orchestrator = no one to execute the game plan (assuming Allegri has a plan other than let the players figure it out themselves).

I don't think so.
We don't buy a proper ,needed players at summer window where we spent all our money on Zaza.,Mandzukic,Hernanes etc.We won't buy anybody at winter mercato.

Then sacking Allegri wont do much even if get Mourinho as replacement.

No coach can win without a functioning midfield. No midfield functions without a distributor. After sorting this out then you can begin to address the attack. I find it hard to scapegoat the attack when they are getting nothing from the midfield.

Hiddink is the most overrated coach I ever seen in footie.
not half as overrated as montella. OK given Hiddink did a terrible job recently with holland he has a more proven track record, especially with clubs who are in shit. But who am i kidding? the management will want a 'yes' man and someone preferably Italian of course - I guess that probably rules out montella too

Hiddink is an absolete coach and hasn't done anything in club level since the late 90s. His reputation was built on taking big checks from small nations and doing a good underdog journey with them. But that too was found out a long time ago. His mercenary ass is grass, he is just another Sven Göran Eriksson, except without the good club pedigree.

Montella is a risk but actually has done a good job in Viola before falling out with them. Very promising young coach Imo.

I'd prefer prandelli. Did much better with fiorentina and did a good job in the Euros. I want neither to come close to this team.

Plus, its not like lemina will suddenly become a great regista if we change coaches.

I don't know who calls the shots when it comes to firing the coach, but if it's going to be Marotta, then Allegri stays until next summer no matter what happens.

Very wrong decision to bench Khedira while Marchisio injured, and play back with 352.
How could you win with 2 Sturaro and Lemina, 2 players that benched for several previous games.
Allegribis really clueless

only things that needs to get out is allegri, this team has a defeatist mentality, beyond injuries and the rest, we just look ripe for the taking. After some reflection, i actually dont like the idea of holding onto allegri just coz there is no one better available right now. If this season is a wash, get an interim guy and plan for next year.

Marotta should be fired as well.

Why not? I seen quality coaches who turns things around plenty of times. Allegri has no clue how to solve this and he NEEDS TO GO.

I mean, 4 losses and 3 draws in 10 frigging games???? Also most damning of all, 11 goals in 10 matches, and you think the coach isnt responsible for this? I could care less about the failed mercato at this point, a proper coach would easily do better then this with this GOOD squad.
Seriously. We've dropped 18 points in 10 matches. That's bloody ridiculous.

In Conte's final season we dropped 12 points all year. We had 2 losses and 3 draws in 38 matches. And people can give it a rest about the CL failure that year. Yes, we got knocked out in group stage. But who are they kidding, that year was immense, we have 4 losses and 3 draws in 10 matches this year. I honestly don't give a shit about Champion's League at the moment. If getting knocked out of group would guarantee us automatic qualification for CL next year, I'd take that in the blink of an eye right now. Because right now, top 5 looks like a stretch for this utterly clueless coach, and his confused players.

It's hard not to feel like we're jumping too quickly on this, but the results really do speak for themselves. I mean 18 points gone in 10 games. That's absolutely ridiculous. I said this 5 game league stretch that we're in will decide our season, and we just lost the 2nd game while looking clueless. I doubt Allegri gets fired unless we lose to Torino. He certainly deserves it based upon his results this season. Marotta had an absolute stinker of a mercato, but there's still no excuse, this team is far better than 12 points in 10 games.

FFS I can't get over that we've lost 4, drawn 3 in 10 games, when in 2013-14 we lost 2 and drew 3 in an entire 38 match season.
