I was reading some comments from Italian fans and how they think we should play, and some people came up with this formation:
Chiellini is on the wrong side, don't mind that.
And seeing as Cuadrado had a good debut and shows promises, It left me wondering if somehow we could fit him on our main formation. So here's the thing;
Could Cuadrado play on that right mid role or would the inefficiency of his defensive skills make it an impossibility? Modric's Tottenham come to mind, when they used to play Lennon on that role and it's not like he's any better at it, he's got pace and that's it.

And Hernanes haven't played a good match in two years. He's also not a starter, and he's not signed to be. Pereyra isn't that creative but he's all over the place, and he always contributes whenever he plays.

In some funny way this is when Allegri gets to show us what he is truly made of. I'm not saying anything negative about him for someone who has won two league titles and gotten to the champions league final but now he is starting from square one and he can truly put the team into his own image. Let's wait and see. I'm optimistic about Serie A but pessimistic about the Champions league
I lost hope of that when Allegri said that he sees Pogba as a future regista...which is very different from what u expect from a trequartista. So definitely allegri will not use him there seriously. He himself said he tried pogs there but was not phased by it.

The way the mercato ended has left me a little worried about Allegri too. The AM saga, and all other dramas apart, I've been thinking about his role and skill set with this young new team. No problem with the youth again, but with so many new players who have had almost no time playing together, I'm a little worried here coz I don't think this situation plays nicely to Allegri's skill set actually.
In fact, he's the guy you call when you have a team and personnel in place to play fluid, organised football. He's all about tactics, movement and strategy. Not so sure he's the guy who will take a team from the ground up and drill them with mentality and spirit and work ethic. That skill set belongs to a man manager. Probably why I see Allegri also struggle a little bit this season while he tinkers to find balance and adjust tactics, I don't think he has the headspace or inclination to teach players what spitting blood is all about and create a team that knows the meaning of sacrifice for one another.
I think his experiments through September and October are going to need a bit of patience, eventually before we see any form of identity and consistency, while the team develops. Probably for this reason, not seeing us bring home much silverware. Maybe next season, when the teams played a bit more together, and the players are more of a unit, Allegri's expertise will come to the fore in a way we saw last year.

For me Hernanes is 100 % first team player, he wont sit on the bench.
He will take AM position and Pereyra will be moved to CM, only playing AM when needed.
For Chievo I expect this formation:
Buffon
Licht - Bonu - Chiello - Alex - Sandro
MArchisio(if he is fit)
Lemina/Pereyra - Pogba
Hernanes
Morata - Dybala/Cuadrado

2) Arturo and allegri clashed more than once - obviously why.
3) Pirlo obviously was unhappy working with him & he was getting on.
If it had been just Andrea that left, perhap that would have been ok, as long as we had replaced him with a good game reader, but all three...
Carlito - we could have had him for another season, but no! And why did Arturo and maxi not get on? Arturo was a warrior on the field - he always worked hard on the pitch.
