I have no issue with him walking away from management if they truely did not agree with the next step. However he should have left much sooner than he did, instead of coming out and saying he'll see his contract out only to walk away at the last second

It's not Conte leaving I have any hard feelings about whatsoever, it's the fact he was close to leaving only to change his mind for a month or so and then do a complete U-turn.

It seems this is too diff to undertstand for some. Just too much

If he doesn't get the players for a 4-3-3 he will probably play the 4-3-1-2 which i actually thinks suits our team better than a 5-3-2 with wing backs who cant attack. 5-3-2 never suited our team in the first place as it is to reliant on having attacking wing backs which we never had.

youd be naive to think he changed his mind with no precursor, im pretty sure mgmt reneged or failed to deliver on one of its promises

You should keep in mind that Allegri has some achievements like Seria A trophy and victories against Arsenal and Barcelona. He is still young and blah-blah-blah... so, who knows? Let's keep the faith.

I still remember last summer when Milan had their first game against Hellas Verona. I watched the game with a friend of mine who is milanista and I told him that they should sack Allegri, because he obviously had lost the confidence of his players... Damn...

But still I am hoping for a big surprise. Maybe Conte will come back next year if Allegri fails. I don't know what to expect anymore. Feck it.

Im trying to believe that part of his utter failure with Milan was in part because of that inep board selling everyone. Not only that, but they publicly bashed Allegri and offered him to the media wolves without remorse. Allegri is at fault for permitting that shid and not resigning....but also that tells alot about the kind of scoundrels that Berlusca and Fester are.
