It's going in circles now so i'll stop it right here. It appears you value win percentages over KO qualification so there's no point going any further. My reasoning is perfectly fine. As far as the CL group stage goes Allegri has nailed it, Conte has not.

Was it a one off? Who knows. We'll find out in 5 years time. But like I said up until this point Allegri has the beating of Conte in this one individual aspect of management. So that's that.

Well he left his girl at the alter...so not really a yes man.
Beeing professional and respect those that give you a job and money, is a good thing.
Conte let the team and fans down, that is not having balls.
I don't think that first sentence has anything to do with football...

What Conte did takes much more balls than shutting your mouth and just getting what you are given.

Not sure I agree with that. I know a lot of people in companies I worked at who quit rather than face a few difficult transition months. I would hardly say they had more balls than the coworkers who stuck it out.

I respected part of Contes attitude. However at the end of the day he can have all the 'attitude' he wants, it's because of this that he's walked out on Juve at a crucial point in time and we're suffering because of it

Wouldn't people rather he was a little bit more of a 'yes man' and he actually stayed with us as opposed to saying 'f*ck this' and dropping at the start of pre season.

its not about facing difficult transitions imo it's about goinng against your principles in doing something you are not convinced of, i know i had a similar situation where i was working with somebody whose line of illogical thinking would drive me up the wall, i too chose to walk away from it.

i actually respect him more for that, because i know this is not the first time hes been frustrated with mgmt, but i feel this si the first time, his motivation tank was on e, and i d rather he leaves and take the brunt of letting us go now than midseason when little can be done as far as damage control is concerned.

No, thats what pussies do, they quit. His job is to work with the players he has at his disposal. Natrually there is some sort of communication about who to buy and so on, but its not very smart to demand more money or signings the club cant afford. There are other clubs with unlimited funds that will suit conte better. Conte wanted instant success instead of a sustainable buisness.
