Is it? He’s saying we have to win and we can’t underestimate them. Because in football, you really cannot underestimate any opponent.
If he said we’ll be happy with a draw, then you’d have a point.
You got a point. We can’t underestimate a team that’s bottom of the table with less than 20 points and conceded over 60 goals so far because realistically the possibility of them actually winning/getting away with a draw is somewhat high. :baus:

No top coach belittles these smaller teams publicly. Klopp, Pep etc. all say more or less the same thing when they face Watford and the likes.

Pep Guardiola has warned his Manchester City players “to be careful” of the threat posed by Watford and is expecting a “difficult” match.
:disagree: What a loser.

I know, man. The same way they don’t throw their own players under the bus. Well unless you’re Mourinho. Then all bets are off.

Why is everyone taking everything so seriously? Apart from the fact I do miss seeing this team play like one of the big clubs I was being sarcastic.

Sorry, I have been spending less time than usual reading tuz the past couple of weeks so my sarcasmometer is a little off.

For those here who are wet over how Villareal, merely an above average team has "no shots" until min 65 (they did have a dangerous one around min 23?) So what? it doesn't change the fact that the shitty absorb style of defending is always there and the one time they could manage to catch us shitting instead of defending, we let them penetrate and get a penalty for it. A better team like Bayern would kill us in first half with 3 goals not with a penalty at min 65 in leg 2

Is this so called "defending" at 4:55 just before the pass into our box, ok with all Juve fans here? Or are you going to hope other teams are as bad as Villa and won't get a big chance until minute 65 to capitalize?

Why do you assume the game plan agaisnt villareal would be the same agaisnt bayern? Also if we are doing hypotheticals, how about this same team with more poise and a pair of balls would be up 3-0 at half time.

Why are you assuming that I'm assuming anything? I believe we are one dimensional going forward with no plan B during a match which I'm not even focusing on here. But out of curiosity how differently do you think we would play Bayern?
I'm taking about shitty defence, and just because a average team like Villa "didn't get a shot until min 65" it doesn't mean all is ok. Then I asked s question is the defending before the penalty ok by everyone here? At around 4:55 in that video I posted that ball should have been challenged/covered before the pass into our 18.

Yes this team with poise and balls would be up 3-0 against Bayern as long as the coach isn't Max, if he is and continues this way dream on.

I guess the tactical explanation of this exact situation wasn't good enough pre-game. Fire Max.

People blaming the coach for this are pretty funny when we don't have a single connecting player fit.
