Again, winning CL isnt objective, teams like City have spent billions and never came close. United in the last decade, PSG, etc... It is way too unpredictable, but the fact that we indeed came close, makes me more in favor of a coach that made us European powerhouse. You dismissed Allegri because he apparently lacks success in Europe which is absurd considering how his Juventus performed during his tenure.
We also performed great under Lippi but that doesn't mean he'd do good now.

We need an identity and a coach to stick with for years. Allegri would not cut it in Europe because Italian coaches always choke.

You sai CL is unpredictable yet it's getting dominated by Real, Barca and Bayern for 10 years. Liverpool sneaked in. It can't be that unpredictable because some have gotten the pattern.

If something can't be predicted then something can as well. And that's Italian clubs not winning shit. Another thing also is Italian coaches not winning shit.

He just needs to get the fuck back in here and finish what he started. I simply cant accept current situation, its so unnatural these past 2 years.

Lmao bringing up coach that retired ages ago in discussion about whether Allegri is good enough for return. U lost the plot man, give it a rest.

:sergio: what a cringe post. Discussion is pointless now. You’re too butthurt about CL to even be slightly rational about it.

Allegri gets Klopp’s opponents in European finals and he’s got 2 wins, end of story. Lol that he wouldn’t beat Tottenham and Sevilla as well.

It is.

We're miserable and top 2 worst Juve displays I've seen over the past 20 years.

@Post Ironic on the previous page you said you'd welcome Allegri to fix our squad, get new players, and then we should get Klopp. You see, you saw Allegry as a temporary fix for 1-2 seasons. I want somebody for more than that, even if that means one bad season until squad gels.

I said I’d be fine if that were to occur, not that I want it to.

I want Allegri back to finish what he started with proper backing by management this time. Build the team for him, with his input, and win this fucking thing or move on. None of this getting to CL final with big holes in the squad still, and then selling his best players, rinse and repeat. He deserved/deserves that. And given that backing, he will win it, guaranteed.

Just like Klopp finally won it after choking in 3 separate finals, once he was at a team that allowed him input in transfers and didn’t sell his best players.

Ancelotti won in 2014.... which was 30 years ago apparently

I must be 60 yo nowffs
Zidane is also one of the most Italian style coaches around, tactically. And he just won it 3 times in a row lol

If I havent seen his Real side, going by the comments Id think his style of play resembled Guardiola's Barcelona. When in fact it shares more resemblance with Italian pragmatism.

he needs proper backing.

allegri did suffer from the italian mentality of defense first, but he also did the best he could with the squads he had, although i think the barca game we should have played better in final.

how much can you do with pjanic and khedira in midfield? not much despite what some memebers here will make it seem.

he should be given proper backing. let him sign the players he wants

Truth be told, Pjanic and Khedira are a lot better than what we have right now.

they were, but not for long. khedira's form deteriorated and he was useless for last 2 seasons her was here. pjanic had his mood shifts between being best midfielder in world and serie b level.

it's not even close the 2015 midfield he had. not to mention his bench options. lemina, pjaca, rincon, sturaro, hernanes, matuidi. out of these players only matuidi would make the current team. the rest aren't good enough even for bench.

Do people think Agnelli will go back to Allegri? He chose a rookie without coaching license last Summer over going back to Allegri.

If people want Pirlo gone, then our hope lies in Zidane getting boot this Summer, which is highly unlikely. Agnelli wanted him last Summer but there were no chances for this to happen.

It will be Pirlo for another year. A total collapse in Serie A would be needed for him to get fired IMO.
