Nope, it's his fault. Say what you want, but we have twice the squad Fio has, and they trashed us like a tomato can, same as Genoa. If team is not motivated to battle - it is coaches fault.

We lost today, because the technical level of this juventus was absolutely shit and poor.

Its not allegri's fault we cant fucking string two passes togheter
Its not allegri's fault we try to "pass and flick it on" and the flick on ALWAYS loses possession

We were garbage. Especially Khedira and Sturaro today
Perhaps but a manager will always be the first to get sacked.

And personally I still blame the crippling of our midfield. Selling world class big-time top players and replacing them with lesser quality. Then spending a shitload of our budget on a striker that doesn't get half the assistance he should be getting.

And it is his fault there's no real motivation. And who's in the starting team every match. And also how we're unable to string 5 passes together without giving it away. It all falls under him.

:agree:

I do feel sorry for him in the way Marotta has destroyed his midfield but you could watch 5 mins of the first half and tell that Fiorentina were 100 times more motivated and focused than us. That falls on Allegri, as does the complete lack of a plan when we aimlessly chased the game at the end.

We're a bit too stagnant at the top of the formation. Our midfield is not good enough to hold possession by themselves. We have to make up a numerical advantage in midfield just to keep possession so I think Higuain and Dybala should offer themselves more in midfield.

I know Higuain is a #9 but he is good with the ball. He should be playing deeper to help us keep possession. He's not a target man so he doesn't really help us skip the midfield with long balls, like Mandzukic.

3-5-2 or 4-___-____. It doesn't matter because the back of the formation is not good enough in either scenario to drive possession up the field themselves.

We are getting pressed way, way too easily this year. I guarantee Porto will press us from the first minute. We have to first be able to keep the ball when pressed, and then think about goals, so we need more options in the build up.

We got to the point that we simply cant field any formations because no matter what, we will always have 2 of the 3 stoogies on midfield having a brainfarting game.

This is gg. And the blame goes both to the board and alllegri fo not getting their shid together and being clear in their ideas.

Cant wait for summer.

Of course it's his fault. He organizes the game and teaches the way we play. Let's stop being ridiculous. What's his job if not making the team play in a certain way?
It's been a while, I've seen Marchisio this poor. man did we get outplayed like some mid table team today.

if we didn't have Higuain, we would be in a worse place compared to last year, hoping for miracles and other teams bottling it each week. Pogba, as you can see in premier league, can not carry a team like Gonzalo does.

Soft midfield leads to exposed defense. Allegri is obviously at fault, but he shouldn't shoulder the blame single-handedly. He went from being able to field Vidal and Pogba in an awesome midfield, to being forced to utilize absolute mediocrity in the form of Sturaro and a half assed Khedira.

The midfield issue is important, but the level of effort displayed by all the players was schocking. We could have still managed something, had we fought and played for every ball.

Well right now he is playing 2 holding mids as mezzalas, in Sturaro and Khedira. All you have to do is invert the CMs positioning with Pjanic and it looks reasonable.

Marchisio-Rincon

You can play this in a 3-4-1-2 or in a 4-2-3-1. If you want Dybala to stay at SS then you play 3-4-1-2. If you want him wider so you can include Pjaca/Cuadrado then you play 4-2-3-1.

But I don't see how Sturaro and Khedira as box to box is a solution. It's far from the solution in fact.

Our management really fucked our midfield up last summer.

[Hats why i said since we started playing like this, that he should have switched the bulk of our play from the midfield and focus it on forwards. But well he loves the 352 too much

Maybe I used the wrong word, I see us arrogant and nonchalant, there is nothing wrong with being arrogant but when you are arrogant that are superior then you should act to it. Sort of like Zlatan, he is too arrogant and he brags about it but he shows what he talks about on the field.
