Having just had a glance at the incident for the first time, in my far from expert opinion, it doesn't look like as obvious a long-term fucked knee as those injuries often do.

He doesn't but I'm sure he will speak with some of the medical personnel at the pre season camp.
The medical team still haven't diagnosed Martin otherwise an official statement would have been made. In other words this makes Zuliani's word simple speculations like any other reports that have surfaced.

he doesn't need surgery but it seems he will be out for 1 month and a half to 2 months for caceres and i think pepe will have the same recovery time

Martin Caceres e Simone Pepe, costretti ad uscire dal campo durante la sfida contro il Milan del Trofeo Tim, sono stati sottoposti questa mattina agli esami strumentali per accertare le loro condizioni.
Il difensore uruguaiano è stato sottoposto a risonanza magnetica alla clinica Fornaca e a visita ortopedica da parte del professor Quaglia. Gli esami hanno evidenziato una lesione di primo-secondo grado del legamento collaterale mediale del ginocchio sinistro.
Il centrocampista, presso l'Istituto di Medicina dello Sport, é stato sottoposto a controllo ecografico, eseguito dal dottor Ganzit, che ha evidenziato la lesione di primo grado del muscolo semimembranoso della coscia sinistra.

In brief , first-second grade ligament injury , which means not all the ligament got burnt so it doesn't neccesarily need surgery
