I love this guy. Superb back up when fit - a shame he had so many injuries at times where he could have gotten plenty of time on the pitch. He was super important in a period though, and his grinta will always be remembered. I hope he will find form and stay fit for some years so he can be able to be an important part of a team.
. It really is a shame about the injuries though, took so much time from him.

Martin Caceres is deciding “between Napoli and Roma, though I’d prefer the Giallorossi,” said his mother.
The Uruguay international is a free agent after his contract with Juventus was allowed to expire last month.
“We are still waiting to hear where he’ll play next season. At the moment there is no definitive situation,” his mother Miriam Silva told CalcioNapoli24.it.
“It’ll take a few more days. I believe his future will be between Napoli and Roma. I’d prefer the Giallorossi, but that is just my idea and I don’t know what his final destination is until my son tells me.
“The talk of Roma had been going for a while and now the rumours are not as insistent, so we’ll see. What matters to me is that he remains in Italy. With everything happening in the world, I’d prefer him and his family to stay put.
“I’ve never been to Naples, but I did have a walk in Rome. I think the situation will be finalised by the end of the month.
“Martin needs a club that can allow him to get back into the national team. He’s physically in good shape and just waiting for the right opportunity.”
