These are among the worst possible injuries .Some doctors claim that breaking a bone is a easier injury than Achiles tendon. Outcome depends a lot from the surgery.I feel sorry for him.Get back on the pitch soon Martin.

The difficult situation is that logically this should be the end of his career with us. If before he was hanging on a treat, now is simply not ok to renew him from a business POV.

He has been far too unreliable an injury prone. He is a really loveable juventino, but he simply cannot be counted on.

If we do the “right“ thing and stand by him, we will lose millions and waste a spot that could be filled with someone else.

Its sad for him and the club, as no one wins here, but sadly we will have to let him go. Theres really no point to keep him now.

Who will replace him in the summer? Can we get a player that is at his level for 2M/year? Could definitely get a young one...
My top 3 likable player, will miss him, but this is business, he still has the quality to earn a nice living and play for a top half team in a top division, if he recovers good. His contract value will be heavily impacted though.

Poor guy. I do feel very bad for him, but he just can't play more than three games in a row without something happening to him. This is a particularly nasty and tough to recover from injury. It's a shame too, because the last few games with us, he has looked very solid and assured at the back for us. This probably spells the end for him at the club.
