not really. there were even people who attacked Marotta for signing him up until october/november. some even preferred Llorente to stay.

I spent quite a bit of time defending Mandzu as a top striker. Countless times I had to remind people he was one of a very select list of forwards with 20+ goals in each of the last 3 seasons.

There was a lot of nonsense about how Mandzu was washed up and deteriorating. :lol:
