Might I add, I find it extremely hilarious (and not surprising) that many of our fans are alreading spouting crap like "Borriello >>> Matri" or "Matri isnt that good anyways" just because we've got a shiny new signing to get excited about. Matri is a better striker than Borriello, period. Better finisher, quicker, younger and with superior positioning/movement. Also Matri, as Alen pointed out, is very underrated when it comes to assists as well.

People are just over-reacting because of his 3 game goal drought, which he had with us last season as well (failed to score in consecutive games against Bologna, Milan and Lecce from memory?)...these droughts are pretty common with most strikers.

Firstly, the avatar is just for laughs. Secondly, I've never rated Matri. You like him, I don't think he's a particularly good striker. He's a decent finisher but that's about it. On Borriello, I have watched him for years and I don't think he's a particularly good striker but I think that he's most definitely better than Matri.
