In my opinion it's a very good idea. He could adapt to our system and learn a lot from a Conte. We have three young strikers (don't count guys from Primavera, that's a even further future) and I think that it would be good to keep one with the club. We done it with Marrone and I don't think that someone will say that keeping him was a bad idea. If we will give him the chance, we can expect only a positive suprise. After all, we all know how Bendtner and Matri (yeah, he scored 2 goal last time, but he is played really bad all the year).

He's always impressed at U/21 level for Azzurrini, and is starting to improve at club level too (though slowly). Would be nice to give yoof a chance.

But i am not sure what he could offer to us this at this moment, his carrier numbers, shows that he obviously isnt a scoring beast, far from it and that is what we lack the most.
At this age and built, i am not sure if he can be a usefull targetman either, just for the tactical shake of having one in front of the box, a la Borriello.
