I'm not sure he would have wanted to compete with the likes of Henry, Reyes, Bergkamp and Van Persie for a starting place. He needs to go somewhere where he will play regularly like Man City or Tottenham or Sampdoria. His days as a first teamer in a top European club are well and truly numbered.
Now if that really is the case, then he shouldn't be included in the WC squad anyway. I guess del Piero's smart enough to know this, so I guess he'll just sit on the bench getting his paycheck next season.

Sorry dude juventus existed long before DP and will still live prosperous without him....DP is juventus, not the other way around GIO!

I think he might care a bit but definately below Juve winning, and he doesn't trust DP's ability, thats why he only puts him in when the games are in the bag.

capello is only thinking whats best for juventus. and at this point in time delpiero is not included. its a long season, he'll get his shot :cool:
