Nope, he most certainly isn't.

That's why it's strange when he says incredibly stupid things like "I wouldn't lie" in the mafia game. The entire point of being a G is to lie. Seeing as we have no idea who is a G and who is a C this early in the game, there are surely 6 people in this thread who are going to be doing a lot of lying, and one of them could be Fred.
